Carole James is Founder, Facilitator and Coach. With more than 25 years experience as a Human Resource consultant, business
executive and entrepreneur. As president and owner of James Management Ltd. she has personally guided and assisted hundreds
of Corporations with major sourcing plans and organizational decisions. Carole has also served her community as a teacher/instructor
of Sales and Marketing at British Columbis Institute of Technology (BCIT), director of Burnaby Chamber of Commerce, member of Vancouver
Board of Trade, member of Sales and Marketing Executives (SME), and President of Connaught Toast Masters at Vancouver City Hall.
As well as recreational activities Carole enjoys travel, music and the arts.

the years I have found that it is common with executives to not have the time or the inclination to address subliminal issues.
These subliminal issues often appear to be trivial compared to the urgency of everyday decisions. Performing 'by rote' is a
set way of doing things causing tunnel-vision tending to blindness, a business risk that cannot be afforded.
The cost of not addressing subliminal issues is reflected in organizational dysfunction, disharmony, stress and absenteeism, all of which play havoc on a successful business. My goal is to bring into focus, identify and resolve the hidden obstacles and practices which contribute to costly mistakes, cause damage, and harm progress.
